Job Summary

Your opportunity
As a Change Expert at ING you will lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives that are critical to INGs strategic ambitions and regulatory this role you will:
Orchestrate and drive complex cross-border change initiatives with energy structure and clarity across tribes functions business lines and countries.
Set up and manage the right governance structures to ensure transparency accountability and decision-making at the appropriate levels.
Identify engage and align key stakeholders from across the organization bringing the right people together to drive program success.
Work effectively with senior stakeholders across diverse domains managing their expectations and input with confidence and diplomacy.
Monitor progress proactively ensuring alignment and timely delivery across all workstreams.
Maintain focus and momentum through excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
Operate in a dynamic international environment where your work directly influences INGs risk landscape and transformation agenda.
Collaborate with a global community of change experts to share best practices and continuously grow your skills and impact.
Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering complex change initiatives within the Risk domain in a structured and effective way.
Your team
You will join the Global Change Execution (GCE) department part of INGs COO Tech & Transformation organization. Within GCE youll be a member of the Change Expert Team Risk based in Amsterdam reporting to the Head of Global Change & Transformation Capabilities.
The team delivers regulatory change programs across domains such as Financial Risk COO Risk and Credit Risk. Key initiatives include Valuation Risk Credit Reporting and IRRBB with recent successes like the go-live of Basel IV drawing widespread attention.
Your success factors
At least 15 years of experience in (agile) program management in an international context within the financial industry.
Demonstrated experience in Risk Management particularly in credit risk and financial risk processes within a banking environment.
Proven track record in strategic regulatory change with a strong grasp of risk-related data flows data management practices and governance frameworks (e.g. BCBS239 / RDARR).
Deep understanding of the banking regulatory landscape and supervisory frameworks.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels including executive leadership.
Expertise in core change management skills: planning and alignment communication presentation.
High resilience cultural agility and strong organizational awareness.
A proactive collaborative mindset with a passion for coaching and mentoring others.
Masters degree in Economics Business Administration Change Management or equivalent. Relevant certifications (e.g. MSP Agile PgM) are a plus.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
