Staff Nurse 20.10 per hour Paid Breaks

Hours: 48 hours per week Permanent Night shifts

What Were Looking For:

NMC-registered Nurse (RGN RMN).
Previous experience working in a nursing home or similar clinical setting.
Confident in managing clinical responsibilities during night shifts.
Strong communication leadership and teamwork skills.
Genuine passion for supporting older adults and delivering person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe high-quality nursing care to residents throughout the night.
Administer medication monitor clinical needs and maintain accurate records in line with NMC standards.
Lead and support care staff to ensure compassionate consistent and responsive care.
Work collaboratively with colleagues residents and families to promote dignity and wellbeing.
Uphold all policies procedures and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe compliant environment.
