About the role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse keen to grow their career in rehabilitation. Youll work in a 22 bed standalone Rehabilitation Unit that supports patients from admission through to discharge helping them rebuild skills confidence and independence.
The caseload is varied and interesting including stroke acquired brain injury neurological conditions orthopaedics spinal rehab amputees geriatric assessment and general debility. Youll care for patients aged 16 and up across a 24/7 service alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team who genuinely value collaboration and learning.
No two days look the same. Youll be coordinating care supporting progress communicating closely with patients and families and celebrating milestones that really matter.
About you:
Youre compassionate organised and a great communicator. You can juggle competing priorities manage your time well and work confidently within an interdisciplinary team. You care deeply about doing things properly from accurate documentation to meaningful patient interactions.
You bring honesty warmth and professionalism to your practice and youre committed to ongoing learning. Rehab experience is great but curiosity empathy and a willingness to grow are just as important.
