AI Engineer Valeo Networks

Valeo Networks is seeking an AI Engineer to design and deploy next-generation copilots and automation systems across our managed service offerings. This role focuses on Copilot Studio custom MCP servers RPA Python and prompt engineering to modernize workflows enhance efficiency and integrate AI capabilities across Valeos product ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Build copilots and conversational flows using Copilot Studio.
• Develop and maintain custom MCP servers for internal and client systems.
• Automate business processes using Power Automate or UiPath.
• Create Python-based services and connectors (FastAPI Docker CI/CD).
• Design test and evaluate prompts for LLMs and copilots.
• Collaborate with IT Operations and Security teams on production rollouts.
• Ensure automation reliability observability and compliance.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in AI automation or software engineering.
• Strong Python and API development background.
• Hands-on experience with RPA and Copilot Studio (or similar conversational AI platforms).
• Familiarity with OpenAI Flowise and modern LLM stacks.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Tools:

Copilot Studio Power Automate UiPath Docker Git FastAPI Claude OpenAI Python.
