Oracle Government Defense & Intelligence is seeking a talented Enterprise Account Executive to sell licenses for our industry-leading Database and Middleware productsacross both on-prem and cloud environmentsto clients within the Defense Industrial Base (DIB). In this role you will empower defense organizations to modernize and enhance their missions by delivering innovative mission-critical technology solutions.
This is a hybrid position that involves 3 days a week in-office work and/or meetings at the client site. Candidates must be based in the greater Washington DC area

ResponsibilitiesWhat You Will Do:
Drive license sales for Oracles Database and Middleware productsserving both on-premises and cloud needswithin Aerospace & Defense accounts
- Partner closely with clients acting as a trusted advisor and aligning Oracles full tech stack including Database WebLogic Business Intelligence Middleware and more to their mission requirements
- Manage the entire sales process including territory planning prospecting relationship management contract negotiations and post-sales support
- Collaborate with business development technical and consulting teams to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to defense environments
- Apply your knowledge of Dev/Sec/Ops models and mission-focused technology deployment
- Expand Oracles influence by establishing strategic partnerships with system integrators and key industry stakeholders
What Youll Bring:
- 8 years of enterprise field sales experience with proven success in both on-premises and cloud technology/license sales
- Background working with Federal Government Defense or related sectors
- Record of exceeding sales goals and building lasting client relationships
- Excellent communication presentation negotiation and business development skills
- Familiarity with Oracle solutions or other enterprise technology stacks a plus
- Willingness to rapidly learn Oracles technology and licensing policies
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) preferred
- Must be based within the territory; some travel required

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience market conditions and locations as well as reflect Oracles differing products industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
