Are you a highly fluent German speaker with a passion for helping others and an interest in the travel industry We are looking for a dedicated and communicative individual to provide exceptional support for our easy-to-use digital travel platform. Key Responsibilities
- Front-Line Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking travelers and corporate clients via phone email and chat.
- Platform Expertise: Assist users with configuring and utilizing our all-in-one digital travel platform providing solutions related to booking itinerary management and platform features.
- Issue Resolution: Efficiently and empathetically analyze troubleshoot and resolve complex customer inquiries ensuring a high level of traveler satisfaction.
- Speed & Support: Deliver fast accurate and comprehensive support reflecting our core values of speed choice and exceptional customer assistance.
- Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions and technical issues in the internal system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical or travel-related issues.
Must-Have Requirements
- Language Proficiency:
- German (C2 level) Native or near-native fluency is mandatory (written and verbal).
- English (B2 level) Strong conversational and written English for internal communication and training.
- Location: Must be able to work on-site in Sofia Bulgaria.
- Work Eligibility (Strict Requirement): You must hold one of the following valid documents:
- Valid Residency Card (must be valid for more than one year).
- EU/EEA/Swiss Citizenship.
- Refugee Card.
Shift Pattern
- Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week.
- Shifts: Rotative shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM (8 working hours per day).
- Working Days: Monday to Sunday.
- Days Off: 2 rotative days off per week.
