Their next-generation sportsbook platform premium data feeds and customer-first culture are redefining how operators engage players worldwide. To strengthen client success were hiring an experienced Account Manager willing to relocate to the companys headquarters in Sofia Bulgaria.
Your Role
- Act as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of European sportsbook clients
- Build nurture and grow long-term relationships ensuring high satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate timely delivery of new features data feeds and integrations aligned with client needs
- Proactively address inquiries troubleshoot issues and escalate internally when needed
- Spot up-sell / cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with Sales to expand account revenue
- Drive adoption of new functionalities and support partners in optimising performance KPIs
- Provide clear regular status updates and maintain account documentation (Jira / Confluence)
- Liaise with Product Tech and Operations to champion client feedback and enhance CX
- Travel occasionally for business reviews partner events and industry conferences
Your Qualifications
- Fluent English and Portuguese (spoken & written)
- 3 years experience in Account Management or similar client-facing B2B role
- Passion for sports and good grasp of the betting / iGaming ecosystem
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels
- EU passport / ID and readiness to relocate to Sofia (on-site presence required)
Nice to Have
- Hands-on use of Jira Confluence or comparable project tools
- Technical mindset and ability to translate product capabilities into business value
- Previous experience with sportsbook odds or data feed solutions
