Sales Support Specialist (sales operations exp. req.) Description
Our client a well-established technology provider is growing and looking to add another Sales Support Specialist to their team in Montvale NJ. This is an onsite position. Reporting to their VP of Operations you will be responsible for supporting their IT sales team as well as overall business needs including onboarding new vendors managing registrations and renewals of service contracts and ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow. While the majority of your time will be spent behind the scenes supporting internal processes and operational efficiencies youll also have client-facing interactions so a positive resourceful demeanor is key. Sales Support Specialist (sales operations exp. req.) Responsibilities
Support sales team and collaborate to meet business needs
Nurture existing clients while achieving profit objectives
Provide a consistent high level of customer care and communication
Contact distributors for pricing and create sales quotes
Follow through on client requests and ensure accurate documentation
Maintain client information and update Salesforce
Foster clear communication between field sales team
Communicate with external clients regarding needs and requirements
Monitor KPIs to ensure performance goals are met
Participate and initiate ongoing development and education
Sales Support Specialist (sales operations exp. req.) Qualifications
3 years of B2B office-based sales support experience required
CRM experience required
Well-versed using Excel required
Willingness and ability to work onsite everyday
