The Role
Were seeking a passionate and ambitious Sales Representative: Brand to join our fast-growing U.S. team. This is not your average sales gig. Youll be the face of Au Vodka in your market building relationships driving sales and bringing the brand to life everywhere from high-end bars and restaurants to iconic nightlife venues events and retail spaces.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Sales & Distribution: Grow Au Vodkas presence by securing new on premise and off-premise accounts (bars clubs restaurants retailers) and nurturing existing relationships.
Be the Brand: Represent Au with pride professionalism and personality acting as a key brand ambassador in your region.
Own Your Territory: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to hit monthly targets and deliver strong ROI.
Activate the Culture: Support brand events tastings and activations that showcase Aus lifestyle and elevate its image.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing partnerships and distributor teams to ensure brand consistency and commercial success.
Spot Opportunities: Identify new market trends competitor activity and potential partnerships to keep Au ahead of the curve.
Skills Knowledge & Expertise
A genuine passion for premium spirits and the Au Vodka brand
2 years of sales experience in the spirits beverage or lifestyle industry
A natural networker with strong relationship-building skills
Self-motivated results-driven and comfortable working independently
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation abilities
Deep understanding of nightlife hospitality and/or luxury brand culture
Flexibility to travel locally and occasionally nationally for activations and events
A genuine passion for premium spirits and the Au Vodka brand
