Job Title: Senior Salesforce CRM Specialist - Production Support
Location: South San Francisco CA (Onsite 3 days / Hybrid )
Job Type- W-2
Duration: Long Term
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Salesforce CRM ensuring timely resolution of incidents service requests and user issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows validation rules triggers flows integrations and data inconsistencies.
- Monitor system performance identify recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
- Collaborate with business users to understand functional problems and provide effective solutions.
- Work with development teams to analyze defects propose fixes and support deployment activities.
- Perform routine configuration updates including profiles permission sets page layouts reports dashboards and flows.
- Ensure compliance with org-wide change management and release management processes.
- Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware.
- Maintain documentation for issue resolutions configurations and standard operating procedures.
Skills & Experience:
- 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM with strong understanding of Sales Cloud Service Cloud and core platform features.
- Solid experience in production support roles preferably in a high-usage Salesforce environment.
- Strong skills in declarative configuration (Flows Process Builder Reports Dashboards etc.).
- Good understanding of Apex SOQL Visualforce and Lightning Components (reading/debugging preferred).
- Experience working with integration platforms (Boomi REST/SOAP APIs).
- Ability to analyze complex issues and provide quick effective resolutions.
