We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Advertising Assistant to support our advertising sales team. This role involves working closely with account executives clients and internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of advertising campaigns and sales processes. Requirements

High school diploma required; associate or bachelors degree in marketing business or communications preferred
Will train the right candidate
1 years of experience in inside sales advertising or administrative support (media industry a plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint); experience with CRM or ad management software a plus
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused and team-oriented mindset
Assist the advertising sales team in managing client accounts and day-to-day activities
Support the sales cycle by preparing proposals presentations contracts and insertion orders
Communicate with clients to gather campaign details creative assets and approvals
Coordinate with internal departments (graphics digital billing) to ensure timely ad delivery
Conduct market research and assist in identifying new sales opportunities
Maintain and update CRM systems with client information and sales activity
Prepare sales reports track campaign performance
Manage calendars schedule client meetings and support event or campaign planning
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all advertising and sales materials
