We are actively seeking a highly motivated individual to join our growing customer service team based on-site in the vibrant city of Porto Portugal. This unique role involves providing crucial support to healthcare professionals who use our vital medical devices. What Youll Be Doing

As the primary contact for our Italian-speaking clients (nurses doctors and hospital staff) your main goal is to deliver exceptional first-line support. You will be responsible for diagnosing and solving technical inquiries and device-related issues via phone email and chat. Strong attention to detail is key as youll need to accurately document every interaction and troubleshooting step. While youll handle most issues you will also need to know when to escalate complex problems to our specialized technical experts. Full training on all devices and protocols will be provided ensuring you are equipped to confidently support our customers.

The Essentials

• Italian Fluency: You must be fluent (native or near-native) in Italian for both speaking and writing.
• English Skills: A minimum of B2 level English is required for internal communications and training.
• Location: Commitment to working on-site in Porto Portugal.
• Flexibility: Comfort with a 24/7 rotational shift schedule including working on weekends and occasional night shifts.

Schedule & Availability Details

This project requires complete schedule flexibility to support our 24/7 operations:

• Shifts: You will work rotational shifts any day of the week (Monday through Sunday).
• Days Off: You will receive two rotational days off each week.
• Night Shift: While the night team (22:00 to 07:00) is small all agents must be prepared to cover this shift occasionally as part of the rotation.
