This role offers exceptional flexibility: you can work on-site at our Lisbon office or remotely if you currently live anywhere else within Portugal.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
You will be the vital communication point for our French-speaking clientele handling inquiries across phone email and chat. Your key focus will be on:
- Problem-Solving: Diagnosing issues providing usage guidance and offering effective technical troubleshooting for products.
- Service Delivery: Managing all customer requests including sales support and complaint resolution while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Administration: Accurately recording all details of customer interactions in our system.
What You Need to Succeed
- French Fluency: You must have native or near-native level (C2) proficiency in French (written and spoken).
- English Skills: A good working level of English (minimum B2) is required for training and internal communication.
- Location: You must be legally eligible to work in Portugal.
- Prior Experience: While previous experience is a plus it is not mandatory! We provide extensive paid training to get you up to speed.
Compensation & Work Setup
Your shifts will be rotational scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Monday through Saturday. You receive a fixed day off on Sunday plus one additional rotating weekday off.
