About the Role

We are seeking dedicated French-Speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our exciting project supporting users of high-quality home appliances. You will be the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers providing assistance resolving inquiries and ensuring a world-class customer experience. This role offers flexibility with both on-site opportunities in our vibrant Lisbon office and remote work options for those already based elsewhere in Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer contacts (via phone email and chat) from French-speaking markets regarding a range of home appliance products.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to product functionality usage technical troubleshooting and after-sales support.
  • Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Manage and process customer complaints and escalations effectively and professionally.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and service levels in line with company standards.
  • Document all customer interactions and details accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g. technical support logistics) to ensure swift resolution of complex issues.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve service delivery and customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • Language Fluency: Native or near-native fluency in French (C2) both spoken and written.
  • English Proficiency: Good working knowledge of English (minimum B2 level) for internal communication training and documentation.
  • Location: Legally authorized to work in Portugal.

    • For On-site: Willingness to live and work in Lisbon Portugal.
    • For Remote: Currently residing and working in Portugal.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfort and proficiency with computer systems internet navigation and basic troubleshooting.
  • Customer Focus: A genuine desire to help customers and provide a positive experience.

Good to Have (but not essential):

  • Previous experience (e.g. 6 months) in a Customer Service Call Center or BPO environment.
  • Familiarity with home appliances electronics or technical support processes.

Working Conditions and Benefits

Shifts:

  • Rotative Schedule: Monday to Saturday within the operational hours of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (8 hours a day).
  • Days Off: Sunday plus one additional rotative day off during the week.
  • Please note: Flexibility to work within these hours is mandatory.
