Contract Type: Permanent (180-day trial period)

About the Role
We are seeking a French-speaking Order-to-Cash Specialist to join an international finance operations team based in Lisbon.
In this role youll be responsible for managing customer accounts processing orders and invoices and ensuring smooth financial transactions within the Order-to-Cash cycle.
This position is perfect for detail-oriented professionals with a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for delivering excellent service in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities

Handle the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) process: order management billing and collections.

Maintain accurate customer records and process transactions efficiently.

Communicate with clients in French and English to resolve invoice or payment queries.

Assist with account reconciliation and monthly closing tasks.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve accuracy and process efficiency.
Requirements

Fluent in French (C2) and English (C1).

Background in finance accounting or customer operations is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
