As part of our Customer Support Team youll be the first point of contact for French-speaking cardholders and partner merchants ensuring every transaction runs smoothly and every question is answered with care.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries from card users and partner restaurants via phone chat and email with professionalism and empathy.
- Guide customers through meal card features including balance checks transaction history and mobile app usage.
- Troubleshoot payment issues including card activation PIN retrieval and account access.
- Support merchants with payment acceptance terminal setup and resolving technical issues.
- Escalate complex or technical cases to specialized teams ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to resolve recurring issues and improve service quality.
- Collect and share customer feedback to enhance the overall user experience and product features.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (C1/C2) and good command of English (B2 or higher).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail and empathy.
- Ability to work with multiple digital tools CRM systems and chat/email platforms.
- Previous experience in customer service technical support or payment solutions is a plus.
