Your Daily Impact

• Provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking sellers via phone chat and email.

• Guide and coach sellers on best practices listings and account performance.

• Offer data-driven insights to help partners achieve better results.

• Resolve inquiries and escalations with professionalism and empathy.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to improve seller satisfaction and performance.

What You Bring

• Native-level Italian (C2) and good English communication skills (B2).

• 1 year of experience in customer service telesales account management or business development.

• Sales awareness and ability to influence seller success (mandatory).

• Strong communication problem-solving and relationship-building skills.

• Flexibility to work MondaySunday between 08:0017:00 or 09:0018:00 (rotative shifts).
  (Later transition to a 24/7 schedule may apply to be confirmed.)
