Are you passionate about helping businesses shine online
Were looking for a technically skilled Customer Service professional to support advertisers using advanced digital advertising solutions.
What Youll Do
From the start youll actively look for initiatives to enhance service quality and improve the overall advertiser experience.
Provide B2B support to advertisers by managing and resolving end-to-end product troubleshooting related to advertising products via email and chat channels.
Take full ownership of customer cases working closely with in-house Product Operations and Engineering teams to resolve generic technical and product-related issues.
Monitor and drive Customer Satisfaction metrics ensuring service quality throughout the entire case journey and delivering consistent updates across all touchpoints.
Ensure adherence to service level agreements across all channels while maintaining best-in-class productivity and improving resolution times for advertisers.
Partner with internal technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features tracking solutions and common issue types.
What Were Looking For
Proficiency in Arabic with a good level of English (written and spoken)
Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns (mandatory)
Mandatory technical experience with Google Analytics HTML/Web Development Pixel Data and API integrations
A degree in Marketing or a related field
Proven experience in Digital Marketing
Previous experience in a Contact Centre or service environment preferably within an Advertising Technology setting
Strong familiarity with social media platforms tracking tools and a solid understanding of digital advertising ecosystems
A customer-focused mindset with strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
