Were seeking a highly skilled Lead Java Engineer to design build and maintain high-performance trading engine components and frameworks. Youll lead by example mentoring team members and driving technical excellence in their global team.
Responsibilities:
- Craft scalable efficient and reliable Java applications for trading systems
- Drive innovation in trading product domains (SPOT Derivatives)
- Optimize performance squash bugs and champion code quality
- Collaborate with global teams to drive project success
- Stay ahead of the curve on latest technologies and trends
- Mentor and guide team members to achieve excellence
Requirements:
- 12 years of Java backend engineering experience with Java expertise
- Proven trading tech experience front office execution
- JDK mastery low-latency systems expertise and strong data structures knowledge
- Designed and architected trading systems
- Proficient in Java frameworks testing frameworks TDD and BDD
- Solid understanding of trading products and high-performance environments
- Computer Science degree or related field with 10 years of experience
