About the Role
As Manager Technology Finance & Analyticsyoulllead financial business partnering for Technology & Operations delivering insights that drive performance and strategic closely with senior leaders and contribute to enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis.
WhatYoullDo
Actively contribute as the Finance Business Partner to T&O EGMs andbe responsible forassistingthem with their overall performance (actualsbudgetand forecasts) andassistingwith modelling and financial advice with respect to business decisions.
Lead thetimelyandaccurateclose of T&O monthly results.
Lead and coordinate regular expense forecasts and annual planning.
Responsible for T&O workforce model.
Deliver management information including insightful commentary on operating expenses capitalexpenditureand FTEs in an efficient and effective manner.
Leading T&Oconsolidatedreporting and preparing analysis and commentary for CIO.
Provideproactive financial advice to the Technology & Operations teams tofacilitateinformed decisions.
Proactivelyidentifyand implement opportunities to improve the efficiency of BAU activitiesin order tounlock further capacity during peak periods.
Be an active member of the Finance & Advice Community contributing to the attainment of the teamsobjectivesand plans.
WhatYoullBring
Proven experience in financial performance business partnering or analysis roles.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into strategic insights.
Expertisein stakeholder management and building trusted relationships.
Experience leading and coaching analysts in a finance function.
Proficiencyin finance systems; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
Degree in Finance Accounting or equivalent; CPA/CA qualifications desirable.
