- Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IHOP customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet those needs
- Onboard new customers ensuring they have a smooth transition and understanding of IHOPs products and services
- Provide training and support to customers to maximize their use of IHOPs
- Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling IHOP products
- Address customer issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer happiness
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales marketing and product development to ensure customer needs are met
- Track and report on customer success metrics
- Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in a customer success or account management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Desired Experience:
- Experience working in the restaurant industry or with food service companies
- Previous experience using CRM software
- Familiarity with customer success best practices
