Job Description & Summary: A career within Data and Analytics services will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations uncover enterprise insights and drive business results using smarter data analytics. We focus on a collection of organizational technology capabilities including business intelligence data management and data assurance that help our clients drive innovation growth and change within their organizations in order to keep up with the changing nature of customers and technology. We make impactful decisions by mixing mind and machine to leverage data understand and navigate risk and help our clients gain a competitive edge.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives processes and key performance indicators (KPIs). Gather clean and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends patterns and opportunities. Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and reports. Design and develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI Tableau or Excel. Perform data validation and ensure accuracy completeness and reliability of data. Present insights and recommendations to management in a clear data-driven manner. Support forecasting financial modeling and performance tracking initiatives. Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to optimize data pipelines and models. Continuously monitor and improve data quality and analytical methodologies

Mandatory skill sets:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau Qlik or Looker). Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced functions pivot tables etc.).

Preferred skill sets:

Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP CCBA) or Data Analytics (Google Microsoft Tableau).
