Join our team as a Project Manager Co-op and gain hands-on experience in leading and supporting critical initiatives. Youll learn the fundamentals of project lifecycle management stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced technology environment. Participate in project planning scheduling risk assessment and help ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. This co-op is your chance to build a strong foundation in a rapidly growing field.

What Youll Work On:

• Learning about and contributing to software program delivery
• Assisting in tracking project progress identifying potential roadblocks and facilitating issue resolution.
• Supporting the planning and execution of projects including defining scope and managing dependencies.
• Facilitating team communication and organizing key meetings (e.g. stand-ups retrospectives).
• Creating and maintaining project documentation and reports.

Technologies and Tools Youll Encounter:

• Project Management Software (e.g. Jira Smartsheet)
• Collaboration Tools (e.g. Slack Google Workspace)
• AI Tools (NotebookLLM Gemini Otter and more)

Your Experience So Far May Include:

• Exposure to project-based work in academic or professional settings.
• Experience in organizing teams or events.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and solve problems.
• Previous co-op internship or leadership experience.

Security-related Responsibilities:

• Compliance with Information Security Policies
• Compliance with Leagues secure coding practice
• Responsibility and accountability for executing Leagues policies and procedures
• Notification of HR Legal Compliance & Security of any incidents breaches or policy violations

Please note: This is an in-person position in Toronto and you must be available coming on-site.

You must be enrolled in post-secondary education to be eligible for this position.
