For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

At least 5 years of professional experience in Data Science
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI (GenAI)
Proven experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and other GenAI technologies
Experience in GenAI projects with knowledge in areas such as Natural Language Processing (NLP) Computer Vision or Content Generation
Strong understanding and practical experience in Prompt Engineering
Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) including parsing methods VectorDB and retrieval techniques
Proficiency in Python
Experience with open-source GenAI platforms such as Hugging Face or similar (preferred)
Familiarity with evaluation techniques such as LLMs-as-Judges or frameworks like Ragas/LLMOps (preferred)
Fluency in English and Portuguese (B2)
Availability for hybrid work in Porto or Lisbon
