Job Summary
**Job Title:** Senior Executive Operations
**Summary:**
The Senior Executive Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the MP Fulfilment department. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and will be able to effectively manage a team to ensure efficient and timely fulfilment of orders.
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
- Manage and supervise the MP Fulfilment team to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfilment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the department.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and ensure seamless operations.
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role preferably in the MP Fulfilment department.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
