The Team:The role of the Client Success Team is to facilitate the onboarding of customers to the Counterparty Manager (CPM) product suite (particularly Onboarding Accelerator and Request for Amendment). Provides front line daily support for all clients.

The Impact:Support business growth and increase client productivity and efficiency through effective use of CPM products.

Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Facilitate the onboarding of bank and vendor customers to Counterparty Manager product suite from sales and commercial

  • Ensure customers of Counterparty Manager receive first class service consistent with S&P Global expectations.

  • Maintain the integrity of profile and company information that exists within the Counterparty Manager product suite and ensure that any exceptions are identified researched and resolved.

  • Become highly skilled in the Counterparty Manager suite of solutions such as Request for Amendment Onboarding Accelerator and Outreach360. Notices hub ISDA Document Exchange etc.

  • Assist global implementation team members in any capacity on a day-to-day basis and during high volume periods.

  • Conduct client demos as .

The candidate should have the following qualities and competencies:

  • Experience in customer service and financial data operations

  • Open to working in America hours (Night Shift) and Weekends.

  • Ability to work independently while actively engaging within an integrated team environment.

  • Detail-oriented and a thorough problem-solver

  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing situations

  • Excellent client service ethos and be able to communicate effectively with priority clients and sales prospects

  • Comfortable working in team environments and interacting with clients at all levels of business
