Votre futur rôle :

Relevez un nouveau défi et mettez à profit vos compétences organisationnelles et analytiques dans un domaine de pointe. Vous travaillerez aux côtés de collègues collaboratifs et innovants.

Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la définition et la maintenance du Standard Development Logic (SDL) en veillant à son alignement avec les autres référentiels et en promouvant son application sur les différents quotidien vous collaborerez avec des équipes transverses (livrables projet planification finances) animerez des ateliers pour mettre à jour le SDL et piloterez sa digitalisation dans un nouvel outil.

Vous serez notamment chargé(e) de définir la structure les conventions de nommage les règles de formatage et délaborer une feuille de route stratégique pour les versions de configuration du SDL tout en assurant un suivi rigoureux et une gestion robuste de la configuration.

Vos missions principales :

Formaliser les règles et principes directeurs régissant le contenu du SDL

Organiser et animer des ateliers avec les fonctions concernées pour mettre à jour le SDL

Garantir la cohérence entre les fonctions (flux de processus livrables)

Piloter lalignement et la gestion de configuration du référentiel de données SDL

Diriger la digitalisation et le déploiement de loutil SDL

Concevoir et dispenser des supports et sessions de formation

Encadrer et accompagner les membres juniors sur le SDL et les processus métier

Réaliser des audits pour évaluer ladhérence au SDL et contribuer aux plans damélioration continue

Profil recherché

Diplôme en ingénierie gestion de projet ou domaine similaire

Expérience ou compréhension de la gestion de configuration et de lamélioration des processus

Connaissance des processus et outils de gestion de projet

Familiarité avec la digitalisation et lintégration de données

Une certification en gestion de projet (ex. PMP PRINCE2) est un plus

Solides compétences organisationnelles et en communication

Capacité à animer efficacement des ateliers et des formations

Youll play a pivotal role in defining and maintaining the Standard Development Logic (SDL) ensuring its alignment with other referentials and promoting its application across sites. Day-to-day youll work closely with cross-functional teams (such as project deliverables planning and finance teams) lead workshops to update the SDL and drive its digitalisation into a new tool.

Youll specifically take care of establishing the structure naming conventions formatting rules and creating a strategic roadmap for SDL configuration releases but also ensuring rigorous monitoring and robust configuration management.

Well look to you for:

Formalizing the rules and guiding principles governing the SDL content

Organizing and leading workshops with relevant functions to update the SDL

Ensuring consistency across functions such as process flow and deliverables

Driving the alignment and configuration management of the SDL data referential

Leading the digitalisation and deployment of the SDL tool

Designing and delivering training materials and sessions

Mentoring and coaching junior team members on SDL and métier processes

Performing audits to evaluate SDL adherence and contributing to continuous improvement plans
