Job Summary

An Assistant Front Office Manager assists in supervising the Front Office Team to ensure that Team Members are prepared and well-informed to deliver Guests an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out :
-Manage and optimize the match between the profile of customers and the type of room planned for them
-Train and animate the reception team whose work you organize

-Interface with other hotel services: accommodation reservations catering
-Participate in the development of turnover by applying upselling
-Manage customer relations throughout the stay

-Manage administrative tasks: orders preparation of the reception of new Team Members management of the hotels generic mailbox correction of the invoicing of group files follow-up of upselling and enrollments to the loyalty program.
-Manage accounts receivable balances


Night shifts are to be considered according to the needs of the service.

Assistant Front Office Managers serving Hilton brands are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role you should maintain the attitude behaviours skills and values that follow:

You have a first successful experience in team management you have a sense of service attention to detail and a very good presentation.
You are efficient and organized dynamic you have a perfect command of French and English both orally and in writing.
OnQ software would be a plus.
