This is a full-time permanent role based in our Melbourne office.

Lets talk about you

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • A degree in Communications PR Journalism or similar relevant qualifications

  • Strong literacy and writing skills with a plain-English style

  • Familiarity with the latest social media trends

  • Experience with multimedia content creation using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva

  • Great communication skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders and audiences

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

  • Confident using digital tools and systems

  • Organised adaptable and able to work independently or in a team

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment

Bonus points for:

  • Previous experience in communications or social media

  • Understanding of the telco industry

  • Skills in data analysis to support decision-making

  • Creative thinking and experience managing website content

How will you support our Why

  • Support external communications that align with our business goals and audiences

  • Create and share engaging content - from social posts and articles to customer communications

  • Manage our social media calendar and help manage online communities

  • Assist with campaigns and projects including social media planning and event support

  • Track and report on content performance to help us improve

  • Help manage issues and crisis communications with guidance from the team

  • Build strong relationships across the business to find and share great stories and wins

  • Contribute to the Corporate & Regulatory Affairs team as a collaborative team player
