Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a diversified pool of freelance and full-time Japanese translators.
-Oversee team performance and ensure achievement of KPIs.
-Provide continuous support coaching and development plans for team members.
-Drive quality assurance processes to ensure top-tier localization output.
-Manage client feedback arbitration cases and maintain full client satisfaction.
-Optimize workload distribution and team utilization.
-Monitor delivery costs and profitability to maintain operational efficiency.
-Ensure adherence to corporate quality standards and performance policies.
-Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth project execution.
Requirements:
-Bachelors degree in Linguistics Translation HR Business Administration or a related field.
-Japanese language proficiency JLPT N2 or higher is required.
-2 years of experience in the localization industry.
-Vendor/talent management experience is preferred.
-Strong managerial and communication skills.
-Must be based in Egypt and able to support Japan business hours (7:00 AM 4:00 PM Cairo).
