Youll be the friendly knowledgeable voice of TLC supporting customers and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Youll work across departments liaise with partners and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What youll be doing:
Understand campaign mechanics and confidently guide customers through their journey
Respond to inbound calls and emails resolving queries with clarity and care
Keep customers informed about product availability and booking progress
Make outbound calls to suppliers and manage customer bookings
Collaborate with internal teams from product to client services to stay aligned on campaign updates
Maintain accurate records reports and customer data in line with GDPR
Ensure all campaign activity meets service level agreements
Support with estimating campaign costs and preparing documentation
Contribute to a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints
Who were looking for:
Excellent communication and people skills; youre confident clear and customer-obsessed
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Experience in a call centre or customer service environment
A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering great experiences
