Summary:
The Admin Head is responsible for managing all administrative functions at the
dealership including facility maintenance documentation compliance and team
supervision. The role ensures smooth operations and efficient coordination across
departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Oversight:
o Supervise and coordinate all dealership administrative activities.
Facility & Asset Management:
o Ensure upkeep of dealership premises including infrastructure cleanliness and
security.
o Manage dealership assets including office equipment furniture and IT
infrastructure.
Vendor and Contract Management:
o Manage relationships and contracts with external vendors (housekeeping security
maintenance etc.).
o Ensure timely procurement and payment processing for office supplies and
services.
Team Management:
o Lead the admin team assigning tasks and ensuring efficient support to all
departments.
o Coordinate with HR for staff onboarding attendance tracking leave records and
employee engagement.
Reporting & Communication:
o Prepare regular reports on administrative performance expenses and compliance.
o Liaise between senior management and departments to support dealership
operations.
Qualification:
o Bachelors degree
o 7 years admin experience 3 years in leadership.
o Experience in automotive or retail industry preferred.
Skill:
o Leadership organization communication.
o Knowledge of dealership compliance and operations.
o Proficiency in MS Office
