As part of our expansion we are hiring fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for IT sales and business development.
What Youll Do
Learn the US Staffing Business: Understand how contract staffing and consulting services work in the US market.
Generate Leads: Research companies identify potential clients and build contact lists of hiring and procurement professionals.
Client Outreach: Send introduction emails make cold calls and connect with clients on LinkedIn to present our consulting services.
Support Sales Cycle: Assist senior sales executives in managing leads setting up calls sharing consultant profiles and following up with clients.
Coordinate with Recruiters: Work closely with internal recruiting teams to match consultants to open positions.
Track & Report: Update CRM systems with lead details communications and opportunities.
Learn Market Dynamics: Stay informed about current IT staffing trends C2C/SOW models and popular technologies (ERP Salesforce Workday Cybersecurity etc.).
Who Can Apply
Fresh graduates or final-year students with a degree in BBA MBA or related fields.
Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
Interest in sales business development or IT consulting.
Confident and proactive personality; comfortable talking to international clients.
Willing to work in night shift (US EST hours) from our Hyderabad office.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Excel or CRM tools is a plus (training provided).
