This is a part-time or full-time remote role for a Sales Team Manager at Supercharge Life. The Sales Team Manager will be responsible for daily operations managing a team ensuring 3 step system is implemented.
Qualifications
- Experience in team management or leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in training and development of team members
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Previous experience in high ticket sales is a plus
