Job Summary

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to join a dynamic team in promoting and selling medical equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and a proven track record in sales and marketing.

Job Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals hospitals clinics and other potential clients.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Understand the need and preference of the customer and ensure that they are fulfilled.
Meeting the customers and brief them with the policies and procedures of the company.
Develop new business strategies according to the law and legal procedures.
Create and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and lead generation.
Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors / Diploma in Electronics / Pharmacy / Bio medical.
Proven experience in sales and marketing.
Preferably in the medical equipment industry or previously worked as Medical Representative.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license is necessary.

Location: Goa & Konkan region and Pune with Karad Satara Miraj & Sangli.
