Job Summary
CK Group are recruiting for a Commercial & Operational Admin Business partner to join a diagnostics company in this remote position with visits to their site in Burgess Hill and customers assigned on a contract basis for 12 months.
Salary:
From 20.00-37.00 per hour PAYE or 26.53 - 40.00 per hour Umbrella (inside IR35).
Commercial & Operational Admin Business partner:

Location:
This role is a remote position but will require occasional visits to our clients site in Burgess Hill. You must be able to travel and be flexible.

Commercial & Operational Admin Business partner:
- You will be enabling commercial and operational success through collaborative working on administrative aspects.
- Included in the administration - planning scheduling data review and preparation reports contract amendments and system change requests.
- You will provide great customer experience through exceptional communication collaboration attention to detail prioritisation and working under pressure.
- Strong analytical organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent team working motivational interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.
- Proactive approach and a positive can-do mindset.
- React responsively and in a timely manner to queries and issues.
- Proficiency with CRM and opportunity management systems preferably .
- Willing to learn and be challenged self driven and motivated capable of working with autonomy and assessing when to involve management support.
- Negotiation and problem solving skills backed up by analytical capability and excellent communication/presentation skills.
- Teamplayer in a matrix with the ability to influence team member activities without direct authority and across internal functions to achieve objectives.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products.
