Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Assembly Technician to join a precision manufacturing facility in South Tulsa OK. The Electrical Assembly Technician will assemble and wire electrical components based on detailed blueprints and schematics. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality accurate electrical work in a collaborative and safety-focused environment.

What Youll Do

Assemble and wire electrical components according to blueprints job packets and wiring diagrams.
Interpret and follow electrical schematics to ensure accurate layouts and connections.
Use hand tools power tools and electrical testing equipment safely and effectively.
Inspect completed assemblies to ensure compliance with safety quality and performance standards.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule and to specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area within a modern production facility.
Adhere to all company safety rules and policies.

What Were Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical assembly or manufacturing with strong wiring skills.
Experience with wiring components harnesses or control panels.
Strong blueprint and wiring diagram reading skills.
Proficiency in basic shop math and measuring tools.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and experience with hand/power tools.
Attention to detail and pride in clean accurate wiring work.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Positive attitude team-player mindset and willingness to learn and grow.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

This is a safety-sensitive position involving electrical equipment machinery and power tools.
Requires standing bending squatting and climbing for up to 95% of the shift.
Must be able to lift push pull and move up to 50 lbs safely (team lifts and assist devices used when available).
Work is performed in a manufacturing setting with moderate noise and confined work areas.
