The Role

Were looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our influencer campaigns across Europe.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both strategy and execution someone who enjoys managing creators building authentic relationships and delivering results that clients love.

What Youll Do

Develop plan and manage influencer campaigns for international clients across various industries.
Identify and negotiate with creators who align with client goals and brand voice.
Coordinate campaign deliverables track performance and ensure on-time execution.
Collaborate with internal teams (content strategy and reporting) to deliver complete campaign cycles.
Stay ahead of influencer marketing trends platform updates and regional nuances across European markets.

Requirements

3 years of experience in influencer marketing campaign management or digital partnerships.
Strong understanding of TikTok Instagram and YouTube ecosystems in European markets.
Experience working with influencers from different countries and cultural backgrounds.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills both in English and ideally one additional European language.
Organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
