Lead the planning execution and operational management of influencer campaigns across multiple regions.
Design and implement processes workflows and tools to ensure campaigns run efficiently at scale.
Collaborate with campaign managers client teams and creators to align strategy with execution.
Track campaign performance identify operational bottlenecks and optimize processes for maximum impact.
Build mentor and lead the operations team supporting influencer campaigns globally.
Keep a pulse on trends platforms and best practices to maintain operational excellence in influencer marketing.

5 years experience in influencer marketing digital campaigns or operations management.
Proven experience scaling influencer campaigns across multiple markets.
Strong organizational and leadership skills able to manage teams processes and timelines.

Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating across remote international teams.
Passion for creators content and influencer marketing innovation.
