Job Summary

This is a remote position.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Solar Administrative Coordinator to support our operations team. This position plays a key role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our project pipeline ensuring all jobs are properly tracked updated and reported. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment can manage multiple priorities and has strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pull and compile reports on the entire project pipeline for internal review and management.

  • Audit job statuses daily to ensure all projects are in the correct stage and properly documented.

  • Identify and correct discrepancies in project data or workflow.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely progression of projects through each phase.

  • Support operations with data entry reporting and administrative tasks as needed.

  • Maintain up-to-date records and assist with continuous process improvements to streamline administrative functions.



Requirements

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative operations or project coordination role in the solar industry

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and CRM or project management software.

  • Excellent multitasking abilities and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
