Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the recruitment process strong proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software and a passion for managing and improving HR operations. Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing screening scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and prepare HR-related reports using MS Excel.
Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
Assist in implementing HR policies employee engagement activities and performance management processes.
Support payroll inputs attendance management and other day-to-day HR operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Qualification: MBA in Human Resources (MBA HR).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
Technical Skills:
Industry Preference: Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.
Personal Traits: Excellent communication skills attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
