Responsibilities

Handle client queries grievances & ensure quick resolution.
Support clients with Capital / Stock Market-related services.
Execute Depository Settlements & Delivery Instruction Slips.
Process Demat & Dematerialization requests accurately.
Conduct client onboarding and KYC verification as per regulatory guidelines.
Communicate clearly & maintain strong client relationships.
Ensure professionalism compliance & confidentiality.

Requirements

Good understanding of Capital / Stock Markets & investment products.
Pleasant personality with a client-first consultative approach.
12 years experience in Client Relationship Management.
