Job Summary
Preparingandverifyingexportdocumentssuchascommercialinvoicespackinglistsandcertificatesoforigin.
Coordinatingwithshippingagentssuppliersandcustomsofficialstofacilitatetimelyandaccurateshipmentprocessing.
Maintainingaccuraterecordsandresolvingdocumentationdiscrepanciestopreventdelaysandfinancialpenalties.
Providingguidanceandtrainingtointernalteamsandexternalpartnersonexportdocumentationandcomplianceissues.
Working with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
Knowledge of Export Import process L/c Banking related work
Well versed with DGFT Custom clearance CHA etc.
