Job Summary

End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle from understanding manpower needs job postings sourcing screening interviewing to final selection.
  • Leverage job portals social media platforms (LinkedIn Naukri etc.) Headhunting employee referrals to identify high-quality candidates.
  • Recruit professionals with real estate experience in sales marketing operations legal project and customer service.
  • Evaluate candidate profiles conduct preliminary interviews assess cultural fit and coordinate with hiring managers for further evaluation.
  • Support initiatives to enhance the companys presence as an employer of choice within the real estate industry.
  • Ensure a smooth professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers update the applicant database and generate regular hiring reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with educational institutions and attend real estate job fairs to attract young talent.
  • Liaise with external recruitment partners and evaluate their performance regularly.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition preferably in the B2B industry.
  • Familiarity with real estate job roles functions and recruitment challenges is highly preferred.
