Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed data entry updates and maintenance from your remote workspace ensuring data from remote campaigns and remote sources is captured accurately.
Verify and validate data entries for accuracy consistency and completeness supporting remote teams and remote projects with accurate information flow.
Provide remote support to creative operations and account teams enabling seamless remote workflows and remote deliverables across multiple markets.
Maintain remote filing systems digital records and version-control procedures so remote stakeholders can access data and reports easily.
Collaborate virtually with remote and on-site colleagues to clarify data requirements correct discrepancies and support remote tracking of data status.
Generate remote reports dashboards and summary tables that inform remote leadership and help optimize remote operations.
Identify opportunities to improve remote data entry processes and remote data support tools recommending remote-friendly solutions to increase efficiency.
Ensure data confidentiality security and integrity in the remote work environment managing metadata backups and remote archiving protocols.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or certification in business administration data management or related field preferred.
Proven experience in data entry administrative support or data operations; experience working remotely or supporting remote teams is a plus.
Proficiency with spreadsheets databases and remote collaboration tools; comfortable working from a remote location and supporting remote workflows.
Excellent attention to detail strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote work environment.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office or remote workspace with minimal distractions.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with remote and on-site team members.
