We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex cross-functional technology projects from initiation through delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership communication and technical acumen to manage project scope timelines resources and stakeholder expectations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level solutions in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale technical initiatives ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop detailed project plans timelines budgets and resource allocations.
- Collaborate with engineering product security and business teams to define project scope and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate risks resolve issues and ensure project milestones are met.
- Drive Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate for each project.
- Communicate project status risks and dependencies to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations when applicable.
- Champion continuous improvement and best practices in project delivery and team collaboration.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in technical project management with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) cloud technologies and enterprise IT systems.
- Proven experience with Agile Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- PMP PMI-ACP or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
- Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with tools like Jira Confluence MS Project Smart sheet or similar.
- Experience in cybersecurity data analytics or infrastructure projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence and drive change across technical and non-technical teams.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or related field (Masters preferred).
