Job Summary

Financial Manager needed in Gauteng

Job Title: Financial Manager

Reporting to: Chief Financial OfficerSeniority Level: Top ManagementType: Permanent

Duties and Responsibilities:

Full accounting function of the group entities
Assisting with the preparation of the financial statements
Work closely with the internal and external auditors
Assisting with the preparation of the management accounts
Invoicing
All calculations and submissions to SARS (VAT PAYE Tax)
Handling the payment of commissions to brokers and sending of statements
Preparation of daily payment runs
Assisting the FD/CFO with all regulatory reporting
Preparation of documents required for meetings of the board and committees

Treasury & Risk Management:

Manage cash flow working capital and banking relationships
Ensure adequate insurance coverage and risk mitigation measures

Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software
