Join the Wood County Sheriffs Office as a Road Patrol Deputy
The Wood County Sheriffs Office located in Bowling Green Ohio is seeking dedicated individuals to serve as Road Patrol Deputies. This role involves protecting life and property enforcing laws responding to emergencies and investigating criminal activities. As a Road Patrol Deputy youll be part of a progressive agency committed to excellence in law enforcement.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years old.
U.S. citizen or lawfully authorized to work in the U.S.
Valid Ohio drivers license.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Current Ohio Peace Officer Academy certification.
No felony convictions including expunged records.
Must be insurable under Wood Countys insurance carrier.
No OMVI DUS or reckless operation arrests within the last 3 years.
No misdemeanor drug convictions within the last 5 years; no felony drug convictions.
Ability to read and speak English; vision correctable to 20/20.
