Job Summary

Description

We are seeking for a Temporary Procurement Officer to join the team from December 2025 to March 2026.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Procurement Manager:

Developing and managing the procurement policy and procedures;
Establishing and expanding bulk contracts;
Executing daily procurement activities;
Developing and implementing procurement system;
Managing and monitoring general insurance policies.

Requirements

Minimum typical education:

Relevant Certificate/Diploma in Purchasing/General Management/ Business Management or related disciplines

Minimum typical experience:

Minimum 3 years of solid procurement experience in a sizeable organization/NGO/Education Sector.

Core Professional / Technical Competencies required:

Abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Ms Word Excel & PowerPoint etc.) and Adobe Acrobat

Knowledge

Supplier management
Sourcing

Contract management
Negotiation
