Pandora is on a mission to transform how we manage costs and drive efficiency across our global organization. As part of our strategic development weve established a Global Cost Transformation Office - a central function dedicated to safeguarding profitability and fuel our investment for growth.

We are now seeking a Manager Results Delivery Office to join us in Copenhagen and lead this critical function on a global scale. Reporting to the Senior Director Global Cost Office you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the delivery of cost-saving initiatives across Pandora - ensuring they are executed with precision impact and alignment to our strategic goals.

Your Impact

As the RDO Manager you will be at the heart of our cost transformation efforts. You will:

  • Lead Cost Governance: Facilitate Result Delivery meetings and support the Cost Committee by approving business cases submitted to the Cost Office.
  • Drive Performance and Governance: Oversee global cost initiatives ensuring timely and accurate reporting to support effective decision-making.
  • Enable Execution: Align senior leaders empower business units and maintain visibility of initiatives across the organization.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Collaborate with colleagues across functions and geographies ensuring everyone is informed aligned and supported throughout the transformation process.
  • Champion Change Management: Develop and implement communication strategies together with Cost Management Leadership and Global Communications.
  • Manage Risk & Opportunities: Proactively identify and escalate issues while building organizational capability through training and sharing best practices. Highlight pocket of high potential improvement for big transformation bets.

What Youll Bring

  • Experience leading transformation governance change management and results delivery methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with solid financial acumen and a track record in enterprise-wide program management.
  • Familiarity with retail or procurement analytics is an advantage.
  • Experience from management consulting is a plus.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complexity and focus on what drives the greatest impact.
  • An effective communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and build trust across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to build and lead teams through dynamic change.
  • High integrity resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced evolving environment.

  • Travel: Up to 10 days per year
